THE BAMCO BUILDING PROCESS

Our building process is straight forward and uncomplicated.

Because of our experience, use of the best tradesmen and our own professional building crew, we are able to schedule the work and make it work for you too.

Cherie will accompany you to the suppliers to select flooring, fixtures, colours and everything else you need.

Duncan will use his 18 years of experience supervising the quality construction. And you'll get monthly progress reports that track the construction delivery against the schedule and the budget.

RENOVATIONS

We love looking at an existing home and bringing it up to modern tastes and ensuring the design flows and works with the family. We do the design, drawings and can do the work to completion. We will do just design work as well. This approach saves the client money as Duncan knows what is structurally possible to change and can draw up designs that work.

RESIDENTIAL HOMES

Residential and Luxury homes -- Clients can have a cookie cutter plan from a plan book and we can tweek it to make it flow better and suite the client’s personal lifestyle.

We want to appeal to the “average” home owner and not out of their league, while at the same time show that we do luxury homes as well. We also want it very clear that we really provide a lot of service as noted below, where clients are assisted in making choices at suppliers with Cherie.

GREEN LIVING

We are definitely eco and “green” minded, with particular attention to energy efficient constructions.

Duncan used to build R2000 when the concept first came out in Victoria back in the 1980’s. Incorporating nature in the designs is our passion. One house even had a tree trunk going up through the middle and timbers reaching out as ceiling supports.
